Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can permanently delete your RepTogether account and all associated data at any time.
What Gets Permanently Deleted
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. The following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile and account information
- All workout history, rep counts, and form scores
- Body scan results and posture data
- Workout plans and progress tracking
- Nutrition and meal plan data
- Achievements, badges, and leaderboard entries
- Community posts and club memberships
- Push notification settings and device tokens
- Any active subscription (you will not be charged again)
Option 1: Delete From the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the RepTogether app:
- Open RepTogether on your device
- Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you can no longer access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:
Send an email to:
support@reptogether.com.auUse the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Include the email address associated with your account.
We will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Data Retention After Deletion
After account deletion, all personal data is permanently destroyed within 30 days. We may retain anonymised, aggregated data (which cannot identify you) for service improvement purposes.
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play Store to prevent future charges. Deleting your RepTogether account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.
